We have stable tinplate supplier and get custom-made material at any time, which make sure the capacity that delivery 3millions pieces per month. All the material is food grade with qualified certificates and reports. We have passed FDA, LFGB, EN71-1, 2, 3, REACH and relevant tests, and obtained SEDEX Audit and ISO certificate. From incoming, printing, producing and delivery, our QC team control each process to make sure the quality of products. Before the mass the production, the first produce sample should be confirmed by QC manager and each worker makes the self-check. QC will random check 30pcs per hour on each line. If over 10% defective rate, Qc will ask to stop the production and require the production department to provide CAP. Before the finishing products be put in the warehouse, our QC will make the final quality control based on AQL 2.5/4.0. During the passed, we have served many brands such as Disney, Starbucks, Hugo boss, Corona etc., and gain good reputation from customers. We expect you are the next！
