Can we use our own designs?
Yes. We have a wide range of existing molds for your selection, and you may print your custom artwork on the cans. We are also capable of developing custom molds—one of our core strengths—as we operate an in-house tooling department.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 5,000–10,000 pieces per size. If this volume is too large for your startup, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
How do I place an order?
First, select an existing mold that fits your product and create artwork based on our die-cut layout files. We will then produce customized samples printed with your design. Once samples receive your approval, we proceed to mass production.
How long does mass production take?
Mass production normally takes 30 to 35 days, subject to order volume and tin specifications. Lead times are longer for newly developed custom molds. We recommend planning ahead to mitigate the impact of any unforeseen delays.
Are sample or mold costs refundable?
No, we charge a nominal fee to produce customized prototypes with your artwork. While this sample fee is non-refundable, the tooling cost will be fully waived once your mass production order meets our required threshold.
Are your tin cans safe for food packaging?
Absolutely. All our materials, including the tinplate, internal coatings, and printing inks, are 100% food-grade and compliant with international standards such as FDA, LFGB, and BPA-free requirements. We can provide compliance certificates upon request.
What are your shipping terms, and can you handle door-to-door delivery?
We standardly operate under FOB, EXW, and CIF terms. However, we also offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to most countries. This means we can handle customs clearance and deliver the goods directly to your warehouse, ensuring a hassle-free experience for your startup.
Can we get free samples before placing an order?
Yes. We offer free stock samples (existing molds with previous printings) for you to check our material quality and sealing performance. You only need to cover the express shipping cost. For fully custom samples with your own artwork, a prototyping fee applies.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit upfront via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment against inspection reports or photos. For long-term partners, we are open to discussing more flexible payment structures.
